Rose’s path to coaching runs through more than a decade of clinical training and practice. She completed her graduate training at Santa Clara University and spent years inside Dr. David Burns’ TEAM-CBT group at Stanford — training in the structured, measurement-driven framework alongside the group that developed it — working throughout with anxiety, mood, and life transitions.
Today she brings that depth to coaching: evidence-based cognitive and behavioral methods, taught as practical skills you keep. Coaching is not psychotherapy or medical care, and Rose holds that line carefully. If what you’re facing calls for therapy or medical support, she’ll tell you directly and help you find the right care.
