Pricing

Honest, posted, no hidden tiers.

€220 per 50 minutes is the rate inside a package — Reset sells at exactly that, and the longer packages land under it. A single session on its own is €250. Posted prices are final — nothing is added at checkout. No discount tier shown that isn't available to you — what's on this page is what you'll pay.

All packages

The full price table.

A single 50-minute session on its own is €250. Inside a package the same 50 minutes is €220 or under — commitment earns the discount. And you don’t have to choose a package today: every package starts with the same 90-minute intake, so you can book just that first session (€396) — continue within 30 days and the full amount credits toward your package.

All prices are final — no VAT is charged, and nothing is added at checkout. Payment plans on every package — Reset: 2 monthly installments; Steady and Transform: 2 or 3 — same total, no financing fee. Every package carries the EU 14-day withdrawal right — full refund if the work hasn’t started. Single sessions and the stand-alone intake are set up on your free Discovery Call— they aren’t bought online.

Why €220

The math behind the rate.

€220 per 50 minutes is the entry rate, and the longer packages land under it. It reflects years of professional training and the work that surrounds every session — the written recaps, the practice plans, the preparation in between.

But the number that actually matters is the total. Packages are capped and posted: you know the full cost before you start, and the work has a defined end. Compare that to open-ended weekly sessions at similar rates — over €10,000 a year, with no exit built in. Here, finishing is the point.

Insurance reimbursement is not part of this practice. Private-pay keeps the work clean — no diagnostic codes required, no medical record, no benefits paperwork.

Starting is protected, too: every package carries the EU 14-day withdrawal right — full refund if the work hasn’t started. And if you’d rather begin with a single meeting, the 90-minute intake books on its own and credits in full toward any package within 30 days.

Rose’s path here runs through more than a decade of clinical training and practice — graduate training at Santa Clara University and years inside Dr. David Burns’ TEAM-CBT group at Stanford, the home of the measurement-driven framework. More about Rose →

On discounts

No sliding scale. Nothing to negotiate.

The posted price is the price. I don’t run a public sliding scale, and I don’t offer a discount tier you have to email to unlock. That would be unfair to the clients paying the posted rate — and it makes pricing feel like a negotiation, which it isn’t.

One exception, and it’s posted openly rather than negotiated: if you’re based in Croatia, there’s a lower local rate set for the local market. You’ll find it on the Croatia page — the same price for everyone it applies to, with nothing to email or unlock.

Frequently asked

Common questions

Is VAT added at checkout?
No. RoseMarkotic.com is not registered for VAT — it operates under the Croatian small-business exemption (Article 90, Croatian VAT Act) — so no VAT is charged or shown on invoices. The €250/€1,056/€1,760/€2,664 figures are the final prices: what's posted is exactly what you pay.
Can I change my mind after paying?
Yes. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Directive — full refund, no questions asked, for 14 days from purchase. There's no waiting period to protect it: book your first session whenever you like, and if you withdraw inside those 14 days you still get everything back, including if we've already met. After the 14 days, refunds are pro-rated by sessions used. You can also pause a package once, for up to 6 weeks, at no charge.
How do payment plans work?
Every package can be split into monthly installments via Stripe — Reset into 2, Steady and Transform into 2 or 3 — same total, no financing fee. If an installment fails, you get an automatic email with a secure Stripe link to update your card or retry, and Stripe retries the charge itself over the following days. A failed installment doesn't cancel your package — if it can't be resolved, Rose contacts you directly.
Why no insurance?
Coaching is not a medical service. There's no diagnosis code to bill against and no insurance company that would reimburse skills coaching as medical care. Private-pay also keeps the work cleaner — no medical record, no benefits paperwork, and we can focus on what actually changes things.
Can I work with you from the US or UK?
Yes. US clients (outside California, Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont — residents of those five states are served by my licensed practice at getbetterthoughts.com) have their own pages with USD pricing at rosemarkotic.com/us — $220 per 50-min session, posted price is what you pay. UK clients pay the EUR price on this page and the card network converts at the market rate. One currency per path, no toggle.
Can I get a receipt for my employer / accountant?
Yes. Stripe emails you a payment receipt straight after checkout, and Rose issues a Croatian-law-compliant račun (invoice) carrying the JIR fiscalization code from the Croatian Tax Administration. Email hello@rosemarkotic.com if you need the račun for an expense claim and it hasn't reached you.
What if I miss a session?
More than 24 hours notice: free reschedule. Less than 24 hours: the session counts as used unless there's a genuine emergency. Arriving 15 minutes or more late counts the same way, unless we agree to reschedule it. Not showing up at all counts as used. On a package that means one of your sessions is spent — you've already paid, so no further charge. On a single session booked on its own there's no package to draw from, so the fee isn't refunded. Sessions are time I've blocked for you; rescheduling depends on your notice. This is a low-volume practice, not a clinic — there isn't always slack in the schedule. If I have to cancel, you get the session rescheduled at no cost and it doesn't count as used.

Next step

Pricing is straightforward. Fit isn’t.

Twenty minutes on video to figure out which package fits — or that none of them do. This is a low-volume practice by design — a limited number of 1:1 slots, not a clinic.
