One rate, three packages, no tiers hidden behind a call. The posted price is what you pay — private-pay by design, outside the insurance and medical model.

Every package prices from that rate — each starts with a 90-minute intake session, and the bigger packages carry a visible commitment discount. Single follow-up sessions for package graduates run the same $220.

Payment plans: every package can split into monthly installments at checkout — Reset into 2, Steady and Transform into 2 or 3 — same total, just split. The posted price is what you pay; refund terms follow the coaching agreement, including a voluntary 14-day cooling-off window after purchase and before the first session. On-demand single sessions aren’t bought online — they’re arranged directly, starting with the free Discovery Call.
Why $220
Posted on its own terms.
US private-pay work of this kind runs $150–300+ per session; $220sits inside that range and below the North-American coaching average. That is the whole basis for this number — it isn’t set relative to anything on the other side of the site.
If you compare the two paths, they don’t line up, and since the EU rates were raised in August 2026 the EUR list is the higher of the two once converted. The two lists are maintained separately and change at different times; neither is a discount or a premium on the other. What you’re paying for is identical either way — the same practitioner, the same skills work, the same written recaps and practice plans. I’d rather say that in plain text than make you discover it with a VPN.

Common questions
- Can I use insurance, HSA/FSA, or get a superbill?
- Insurance and superbills, no — coaching is non-clinical, there's no diagnosis, so there's nothing reimbursable to document. Worth being direct about the math: if your out-of-network benefits reimburse licensed care, your net cost for a licensed professional could be meaningfully lower than coaching. People choose this work for the skills focus and structure, not as the budget option. HSA/FSA eligibility for coaching is between you and your plan administrator — most plans say no.
- Why don't the EUR and USD prices match?
- Because they're two separate price lists, set at different times rather than converted from one another. The USD rate is anchored to the US private-pay market. The EUR list was raised in August 2026 and is currently the higher of the two once you convert it — so if you were expecting the US path to be the expensive one, it isn't. Same practitioner, same work, same materials. One currency per path — the site never converts or toggles, and neither list is a discount or a premium on the other.
- Is the posted price really the whole price?
- Yes. Nothing is added at checkout — no VAT, no sales tax, no booking fees, no platform fees, and payment plans cost the same as paying up front. The posted price is exactly what your card is charged.
- I'm in California, Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, or Vermont. Can I buy a package?
- No — clients in those five states are served by my licensed practice at getbetterthoughts.com, not by this coaching practice. It's a scope-of-practice boundary, checked again during booking and in the coaching agreement. The other 45 states and DC are fully in scope.
- What if it's not working after a session or two?
- Say so — directly, to me. The agreement includes a voluntary 14-day cooling-off window before the first session, and mid-package exits are handled proportionally rather than punitively. A package that isn't working for you isn't working for me either.
