Cancellation & withdrawal

You can end a contract with this page at any time — no reason needed, nothing to argue. Pick the right of the two sections below; each asks for three details and one confirmation, and you get immediate written confirmation by email.

Within 14 days of purchase

Withdraw — full refund.

The EU 14-day withdrawal right (Directive 2011/83/EU). Full refund — unless you expressly asked to start sessions inside the 14 days, in which case the refund is proportional to what was actually delivered.

Any time after that

Cancel an ongoing contract.

Effective at the end of the current billing period: remaining scheduled payments stop, and sessions you’ve paid for but not used are refunded proportionally. No cancellation fee.

The policy, plainly

What you can rely on.

  • —Cancel any time, no fee. Effective at the end of the current billing period; remaining scheduled payments stop.
  • —Unused sessions are refunded proportionally, whenever you cancel — Rose may apply a more generous refund, never a less generous one.
  • —Payment plans end by design. Every plan is a fixed number of monthly payments for a fixed total; it ends automatically after the final payment and never renews into anything.
  • —Immediate confirmation. Your statement and its submission time arrive by email the moment you confirm; the effective date and exact refund follow in writing within 24–48 business hours.
  • —Email works too. A plain email to hello@rosemarkotic.com from the address on your booking is an equally valid way to cancel or withdraw — this page just gives you a receipt instantly.
  • —Rather pause than end? Any package can be paused once, for up to six weeks, at no charge — just say so in an email. (Mentioned here for completeness; it is never a condition of cancelling.)
