Flagship package

Steady. Install three core skills over 12 weeks.

Steady is the flagship — eight sessions over about three months: a 90-minute intake, then seven 50-minute skills sessions, more than seven hours of 1:1 coaching. It's enough time to install two to three core skills properly, see them work in your life, and refine them when the first version doesn't quite fit. Most clients pick Steady for a reason: it's the size where coaching stops feeling like a project and starts feeling like a practice.

The honest sizing

Is Steady your size?

Four honest checks. Every mismatch points to something better-sized — there’s no wrong door here, including the one marked “not coaching.”

The problem

Pick Steady if: It's not one thing — the same anxiety shows up at work AND in your sleep AND in one relationship that matters.

Look elsewhere if: It really is one narrow thing. Save the money. Reset is enough

The moment

Pick Steady if: You can give this three steady months. Twelve weeks is where a skill stops being an idea and starts being a default — with a halfway review to course-correct.

Look elsewhere if: You're mid-upheaval — a move, a divorce, a new baby — and there's more moving than three months can hold. Transform is sized for that

Your part

Pick Steady if: A session every week or two, held like a standing meeting with yourself. The consistency is the mechanism.

Look elsewhere if: Your months tend to vanish — ghost, return, ghost. Steady doesn't survive that rhythm.

The goal

Pick Steady if: Turn what you already know into what you actually do. You've done the apps and books — knowing was never the bottleneck.

Look elsewhere if: Clinical assessment or diagnosis. That's a different kind of professional. How they differ

The work

What you’ll do — roughly.

No two packages run identical — your starting point and your priorities shape the order. But here’s the typical arc.

  1. Week 0

Discovery Call + intake + scheduling

Free 20-minute Discovery Call to confirm Steady is the right size. After purchase, you sign the agreement, book the first eight slots (or roughly schedule them), and complete the intake questionnaire before session 1 — background, history, and where the patterns show up.

  2. Weeks 1–3

    Sessions 1–3: 90-min intake + first skill

Session 1 is the 90-minute intake: we review your questionnaire together and lay out your background, history, and the areas you're challenged in — not a diagnosis, but the map that sets the goals and direction. Sessions 2–3 pick the first skill and put it into active practice — clunkily, with edge cases — building the habit of weekly check-and-refine.

  3. Week 6

    Session 4: mid-package check-in

Halfway point. We pause and look at the work so far: what's working, what isn't, what to recalibrate. If we're not on track, this is where we change course — better now than at session 8.

  4. Weeks 7–10

Sessions 5–7: second and third skill

With the first skill stable, we add a second — usually addressing a different layer of the pattern. By session 7 you're juggling two skills in active practice. Many clients install a third skill here; some prefer to deepen the first two.

  5. Week 12

Session 8: review + written skills guide

End-of-package review. We map where you started, where you are, what's the practice for the next three to six months. You leave with a written skills guide — 6–10 pages, customized to your patterns and skills.

Frequently asked

Common questions

Why is Steady the flagship?
Three months is enough time for skills to stop being homework and start being defaults. Reset is fast but the skills are still effortful at month-end. Transform is for transitions where three months isn't enough. Steady is the size where most people get the most durable result.
Can I do payment plans?
Yes — 2 or 3 monthly installments via Stripe Subscriptions. The total is the same (€1,200); it's just spread out. If a payment fails, you get an automatic email with a secure Stripe link to update your card or retry, Stripe retries the charge itself, and your package isn't cancelled while it's sorted out.
Can sessions be every two weeks instead of weekly?
Yes — most clients land at a mix. Weekly through session 3 (when skills are new and need close attention), then every other week through session 8. We pick the cadence that fits your practice capacity.
What if I need to pause mid-package?
Steady can be paused once for up to 6 weeks at no charge — the end date extends accordingly. Longer pauses are case-by-case. Better to pause explicitly than to ghost.
What if Steady isn't enough?
You can move to on-demand sessions (€180 each, booked one at a time) after Steady, or — if your life situation has shifted into something bigger — upgrade to Transform with credit for sessions already used. If the skills are practiced, Steady is sized to hold on its own; the follow-up options exist precisely so you never have to over-buy up front.
Do you offer Steady as a course / group?
Not in v1. The Anxiety Management Course (~6-8 weeks group format) is being designed for v1.1 launch with a co-lead. Steady is 1:1 only.
