Package · ~6 weeks

Reset. Build the foundation — early relief on one anxiety pattern.

Reset is the smallest package — four sessions over about six weeks: a 90-minute intake, then three 50-minute skills sessions. About four hours of 1:1 coaching. It's for one specific thing you want different: the recurring anxiety pattern at work, the sleep disruption that won't shift, the bounded transition that's eating your bandwidth. Be clear-eyed about the size: the full arc of anxiety work usually runs 8–12 weeks. Reset is the foundation — first skills installed, relief underway, and a clear read on whether that's enough. If you need more, the full Reset cost credits toward Steady.

The honest sizing

Is Reset your size?

Four honest checks. Every mismatch points to something better-sized — there’s no wrong door here, including the one marked “not coaching.”

The problem

Pick Reset if: You can name it in one sentence — "my Sunday-night anxiety," not "my life."

Look elsewhere if: If someone asked what you'd change, you'd honestly answer "…everything, lately." Broad needs more room than four sessions. Steady is sized for that

The moment

Pick Reset if: Life mostly works — this one pattern is the exception. You want it handled, not explored. (Reset is a targeted install, not crisis support.)

Look elsewhere if: You're inside a major transition — a move, a divorce, becoming a parent — and everything is moving at once. See Transform

Your part

Pick Reset if: You'll actually run the practice plan. The change happens between the sessions, not in them — that's what makes four enough.

Look elsewhere if: You want a coach on tap between sessions. Reset is bounded: a written recap and practice plan after each one, not an open channel.

The goal

Pick Reset if: One tool, installed so it holds under pressure. You've read enough — reading was never the problem.

Look elsewhere if: You want to understand where the anxiety comes from. That's clinical work, not skills coaching. How they differ

The work

What you’ll do — roughly.

No two packages run identical — your starting point and your priorities shape the order. But here’s the typical arc.

  1. Week 0

    Discovery Call + paperwork

Free 20-minute Discovery Call to confirm Reset is the right size. If we agree, you pay, you sign the agreement, you book session 1 from my Cal slots (default 15+ days out to preserve your EU 14-day withdrawal right). You also receive the intake questionnaire to complete before session 1 — background, history, and where the pattern shows up.

  2. Week 1

    Session 1 — 90-min intake

The long session, and the reason the rest can move fast. We review your questionnaire together and map your background and history — not a diagnosis (coaching doesn't do that), but an honest layout of the areas you're challenged in, so the goals and direction of the work are clear. You leave with your personalized skills plan and your first practice assignment.

  3. Week 2

    Session 2 — first skill

We map exactly how the pattern runs and install the first skill — usually a tool for noticing it in real time before it takes over. You leave with a practice plan for the week.

  4. Week 4

    Session 3 — refine + add

We check what worked, what didn't, what got in the way. Refine the first skill so it actually fits your life. Add a second skill — usually something that addresses a different layer of the pattern.

  5. Week 6

    Session 4 — consolidate + handoff

We troubleshoot the contexts where the skills don't yet hold, then run the end-of-package review: where you started, where you are, what's the practice for the next three months. You leave with a written skills summary — usually 2–3 pages — that you can come back to when the pattern resurfaces.

Frequently asked

Common questions

Why is the first session 90 minutes?
Because the work only moves as fast as the map is good. Before session 1 you complete an intake questionnaire; in the session we review it together and lay out your background, history, and the areas you're challenged in — not a diagnosis, coaching doesn't do that, but a clear picture that sets the goals and direction. The intake is billed at the same rate as every other session in the package — €150 per 50 minutes — so the €720 total is simply the full four hours of 1:1 coaching, priced consistently. Nothing hidden, no premium for the longer format.
What if four sessions isn't enough?
That's a real possibility, and the design accounts for it: you can upgrade mid-package, with the full Reset cost credited toward Steady or Transform, or finish Reset and add on-demand sessions one at a time. If the scope really is one bounded pattern and you run the practice plans between sessions, four sessions can be enough — and if it turns out to be bigger than that, the credit means nothing was wasted.
Can the sessions be closer together than every other week?
Yes, if it serves the work. Reset is loosely weekly-to-biweekly. For some clients the practice between sessions matters more than the session itself, in which case stretching to two weeks gives more practice runway.
Can I do Reset for prep before a big event?
Yes — clients have used Reset for the six weeks before a major presentation, before a relocation, before a difficult conversation. It works well as scaffolding for a known future stressor as long as you have at least six weeks of runway.
Is Reset really enough for ongoing anxiety?
If by ongoing you mean patterns across many areas of life — probably not, that's Steady territory. If by ongoing you mean one specific recurring thing — yes, Reset is sized for that.
Do I get the written skills guide?
Reset includes a shorter written summary — 2-3 pages of the skills you installed plus the practice plan. The longer written skills guide is in Steady and Transform.

Reset starts with a Discovery Call.

Twenty minutes, free, no card. We confirm fit and the right package size — sometimes that’s Reset, sometimes it’s a different size, sometimes it’s a referral elsewhere.
